The Board of Directors at Fairlane Meadows Cooperative is made up of residents elected by members of the cooperative.  As a Board, we want to welcome you to the neighborhood!

With 48-units on peaceful, residential cul-de-sac streets, we have both two and three-bedroom townhouses and one and two-bedroom ranches.  As a member of the community you would own a share in the property and choose an available residence that meets your needs. 

We pool our monthly carrying charges and those charges pay for the wants and needs of the community through a budget overseen by the board and the management company they have hired.

We are active in our community and it shows in everything from the upkeep of the property to our presence working with the City of Grandville, area schools, local businesses and our neighborhood community.
